How-to:

There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes:

1. Complete the Survey
   • Receive a Winn-Dixie receipt on which there is a survey code you need to take the survey.
   • Click the "Go to Win" button to go to the survey page.
   • Complete the survey following the onscreen instructions.
   • Once you complete the survey, you will be entered into the sweepstakes.
2. Enter Sweepstakes by Mail
