Sheetz has also prepared some gifts for you and your car. If you are one of their customers, you are invited to take their customer satisfaction survey and win one of the sixty $1000 Sheetz store gift cards in the online sweepstakes. Each month, Sheetz will select 5 lucky winners who are to be contacted via phone, email and/or a USPS mail package of prize confirmation.

• The sweepstakes opens to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or older.

How-to:

There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes:

1. Enter by completing a survey

   • Provide your invitation code, date and time on your receipt to start the survey.
   • Follow the steps and answer the questions to complete the survey. You might be required to provide your name and phone number.
2. Enter by mail without completing a survey
